Simone Costa, Brand Manager, HabiTots
“I am committed to providing your child with an excellent Early Childhood Education by hiring loving, caring and knowledgeable staff, and by ensuring your child receives a developmentally appropriate education during their first 5 years of life.”
After spending 10 years as a director for various YMCA branches, working with the nursery schools, childcare and summer camp programs, Simone joined us in 2004. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from the University of Rio de Janeiro, and was excited to relocate to the United States in 1991.
Her goal at the time was to become heavily involved in influencing her son’s early education, and considers her move to HabiTots “the best career change [she] could possibly have made.” Today, she aims to make careful decisions that support a welcoming environment that reflects values and ideals of the HabiTots brand and the interests and cultures of the school’s families, and provide learning opportunities for children that stretch their thinking and build their knowledge without rushing their growth.
